WishPool PRO subscription (NT$190 / month or NT$1,800 / year, tax included) is billed through Paddle, our authorized payment provider (Merchant of Record). We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Within 7 days of purchase: You may request a full refund for any reason, no questions asked.
After 7 days: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a refund if there is a technical issue that prevents you from using the service.
Renewals: If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge for a full refund of that charge.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in two ways:
Email us at reports@wishpool.app with your purchase details.
Open the Paddle customer portal using the Manage / Cancel Subscription button below.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Log in, then tap the button below to open the Paddle customer portal.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to PRO features until the end of your current billing period.
No further charges will be made after cancellation.
