Overview

WishPool PRO subscription (NT$190 / month or NT$1,800 / year, tax included) is billed through Paddle, our authorized payment provider (Merchant of Record). We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Refund Eligibility

  • Within 7 days of purchase: You may request a full refund for any reason, no questions asked.
  • After 7 days: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a refund if there is a technical issue that prevents you from using the service.
  • Renewals: If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge for a full refund of that charge.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund in two ways:

  • Email us at reports@wishpool.app with your purchase details.
  • Open the Paddle customer portal using the Manage / Cancel Subscription button below.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Log in, then tap the button below to open the Paddle customer portal.
  • After cancellation, you will continue to have access to PRO features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
