Overview

WishPool MathBox subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, our authorized payment provider (Merchant of Record). We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Refund Eligibility

  • Within 14 days of purchase: You may request a full refund for any reason, no questions asked.
  • After 14 days: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a refund if there is a technical issue that prevents you from using the service.
  • Renewals: If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge for a full refund of that charge.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund in two ways:

  • Email us at reports@wishpool.app with your purchase details.
  • Manage your subscription through the Paddle Customer Portal.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle Customer Portal.
  • After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
